Implementation of User Centered Design on Interface Design for Mental Health Selfcare Services

Mental health is essential in performing maximum activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic that spreading all over world. Some activities are transformed into a new activity called "New Normal". With these activities, level of mental Indonesia has deteriorated. WHO as world organization made pyramid handling every health. There 4 levels, which promotive, preventive, monitoring and identifying psychosocial services, specialist services. In results observations analysis, digital-based services prioritize levels 3 4, while 1 2 still infrequent, application not perfectly weighted. This study will design by emphasizing treatment, namely self-care storytelling sessions using User Centered Design method, evaluation used usability testing method scale system. this research, potential users obtain an interface resolution with mood tracker, self-care, features desire. By helping user to perceive history condition, getting rooms according user's condition bolster up add burden condition. The outcome been done, average completed each task for 16.59 seconds, result 0 miss click page, from System Usability Scale 81.51 "Excellent" category, composition solutions provided answer problems.
